F. Luggage Policy:
F.1. The Client’s Luggage will be accommodated as per the vehicle’s luggage compartment capacity.
F.2. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the luggage space and capacity in booked vehicle/s from 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Team in advance upon booking through official channels (M.1.).
F.3. In case if Client’s luggage is excessive and cannot fit in the booked vehicle’s luggage compartment, the 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation team does not hold the responsibility to accommodate the luggage. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation hold all the rights to refuse the Service or Luggage (fully / partially) and refused Service will be charged 100% to the Client and the Client will be obliged to settle the invoice.
F.4. All property of the Client including the luggage remains the Client’s responsibility at all times. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation, sub-contractors, Chauffeurs, and/or any team member hold no responsibility for any loss or damage, no matter how caused, to Client’s property or luggage.
