- We, in this document, are referred to as 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation. Client(s) and/or Passenger(s) are referred to as Client in this Document.
- Service Terms & Conditions below are obligatory and it is considered that Client agrees to below Terms & Conditions once Services are confirmed by the In case of any disagreement on the below Terms, Client must inform 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation in advance.
- This document and its contents are the property of 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation and shall not be copied for any direct and/or indirect purposes.
- 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Management reserves all rights to change stated Terms, Conditions & Policies enclosed in this Document at any period without any prior notice.
- This Document and its further contents consist of below Policies, Service Terms, and Conditions;
A. Airport Transfers.
B. Chauffeur Driven Vehicle at Hourly Disposal.
C. Inter-city / Inter-state Transfers.
D. Rates
E. Extra Services & Standby Policy.

A. Airport Transfers:
A.1. Pick Up from Airport:
A.1/a. The chauffeur receives the Client at the Exit of the Arrival Hall or Either at the Terminal Exit.
A.1/b. It is the Client’s responsibility to locate their Chauffeur. If the Client cannot find the Chauffeur, he/she must inform the Booking authorities for assistance immediately before making any alternative arrangements. In case of failure to do so, No-show charges apply as 100% charges of the Service.
A.1/c. Free waiting time during the Pick-up from the Airport is 01 Hour only for the Client arriving on an International Flight and 30 minutes only for the Client arriving on a Domestic Flight starting from the advised Pick time from the Client. In case if Free waiting time exceeds, additional waiting charges apply on an hourly basis.
A.1/d. If the Client does not show up during the Confirmed Service for Pick Up from the Airport, No-Show charges apply as 100% charges of the Service.
A.2. Drop Off to the Airport:
A.2/a. The chauffeur receives the Client at the Exit of the Hotel or Accommodation at the advised Pick location by the Client.
A.2/b. It is the Client’s responsibility to locate their Chauffeur. If the Client cannot find the Chauffeur, he/she must inform the Booking authorities for assistance immediately before making any alternative arrangements. In case of failure to do so, No-show charges apply as 100% charges of the Service.
A.2/c. Free waiting time at the advised Pick Up Location is 20 Minutes, starting from the advised Pick Up time from the Client. In case if Free waiting time exceeds, additional waiting charges apply on an hourly basis.
A.2/d. If the Client does not show up during the Confirmed Service of Drop Off at the Airport. No-show charges apply as 100% charges of the Service.
B. Chauffeur Driven Vehicle at Hourly Disposal:
B.1. Full-day chauffeur Services are based on the continuous disposal of Services up to 08, 10, 12, 16, or 24 Hours depending on the Client’s requirement and the availability of the Service.
B.2. All sorts of Full chauffeur services (B.1.) include only one Pickup from the Airport Service & only one Drop off to the Airport Service with only 01-hour Airport Parking charge included. Additional trips to the Airport and/or Airport Parking charges exceeding 01-hour shall be charged to the Client.
B.3. Half Day Chauffeur Driven Services are based on the continuous disposal of Services for up to 04 and 05 Hours depending on the Client’s requirement and the availability of the Service.
B.4. Point-to-point transfers are charged minimum per Hour basis as well as the distance between Pick Up Point & Drop Off Point.
B.5. If consumption of disposed Service/s is less than the actual booking, charges apply as per the actual booking.
B.6. If consumption of disposed Services/s is more than the actual booking, extra Service charges apply.
B.7. Service time begins from the advised Pick-Up time by the Client.
C. Inter-city / Inter-state Transfers:
C.1. Chauffeur receives the Client at the Exit of the Hotel or Accommodation. Receiving Clients from the Airport for inter-city / inter-state transfer may be subject to additional charges.
C.2. It is the Client’s responsibility to locate their Chauffeur. If the Client cannot find the Chauffeur, he/she must inform the Booking authorities for assistance immediately before making any alternative arrangements. In case of failure to do so, No-show charges apply as 100% charges of the Service.
C.3. Free waiting time during the Pick Up from the advised Pick Up Location is 20 Minutes, starting from the advised Pick Up time by the Client. In case if Free waiting time exceeds, additional waiting charges apply on per per-hour basis.
C.4. If the Client does not show up at all for the Confirmed Service. No-show charges apply as 100% charges of the Service.
D. Rates:
D.1. Rates offered to the Client, include Chauffeur driven Vehicle, Free waiting time (A.1/c, A.2/c, C.3.), Fuel, Tolls, 01 Hour Airport Parking Fees & Taxes.
D.2. Rates quoted to the Client are subject to change at the time of confirmation of the booking received by the Client, depending on the Season of Work & the availability of the requested Services.
E. Extra Services & Standby Policy;
E.1. If standby time during the Service is 5 hours or less than 5 hours, disposed of Service/s charges to continue to apply and vehicles shall be counted as a Service of Client.
E.2. Extra hour/Service charges do not require the Client’s approval. Charges apply as per consumption of Service, confirmed by the Chauffeur to 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Operations team.
E.3. All confirmed bookings to Client are entitled to extra Services and/if Extra Services consumed by the Client, will be charged to Client as reported by the Chauffeur to 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation team (E.2.). It is Client’s responsibility to inform 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Team in advance and through official channel (M.1.) about limitations of the Services.
F. Luggage Policy:
F.1. The Client’s Luggage will be accommodated as per the vehicle’s luggage compartment capacity.
F.2. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the luggage space and capacity in booked vehicle/s from 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Team in advance upon booking through official channels (M.1.).
F.3. In case if Client’s luggage is excessive and cannot fit in the booked vehicle’s luggage compartment, the 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation team does not hold the responsibility to accommodate the luggage. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation hold all the rights to refuse the Service or Luggage (fully / partially) and refused Service will be charged 100% to the Client and the Client will be obliged to settle the invoice.
F.4. All property of the Client including the luggage remains the Client’s responsibility at all times. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation, sub-contractors, Chauffeurs, and/or any team member hold no responsibility for any loss or damage, no matter how caused, to Client’s property or luggage.
G. Change of Vehicle, Chauffeur and Route:
G.1. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation reserves all the rights to change the Chauffeur and/or the vehicle during any time of Service without any prior notice to the Client.
G.2. The Chauffeur can take any route to the Client’s destination decided by the Chauffeur and is not obliged to follow the route advised by the Client to reach the Client’s destination.
G.3. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation and/or the Chauffeur hold no responsibility in case of delay in arriving at the Client’s destination, after leaving from the Pick-Up location with the Client or the luggage.
H. Confidentiality of Information & Privacy Policy:
H.1. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation ensures the Client’s privacy and promises to never supply any information of the Client directly / indirectly to any third party for Marketing purposes.
H.2. Exchange of any information between 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation and the Client shall be treated as confidential by the Client and shall not be disclosed to any third party directly or indirectly for what so ever reasons.
I. Service Amendment, Cancellation or No-Show Policy:
I.1. Regular Cancellation Policy; Cancellation of Confirmed Service/s (Fully / partially) within 24 hours before the Service date will be subject to 100% charges of cancelled Services, as late cancellation fees.
I.2. High Season or Special Events Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of Confirmed Service/s (Fully / partially) within 48 hours before the Service date will be subject to 100% charges of cancelled Services, as late cancellation fees.
I.3. Amendment in time of Service or less than actual confirmed booking of Service/s (Fully / partially) within 24 hours before the Service date will be subject to 100% charges of actual Service/s, as late amendment fees.
I.4. No-Show of Client to confirmed Service/s as per booking confirmation, will subject to 100% charges of Booked Service/s, as No-Show charges.
J. Force Majeure or Impossibility of Execution of Service:
J.1. In event of a Force Majeure that prevents the execution of Services, such as Flood, Heavy Rain, Earthquakes, Volcanoes, hurricanes, and/or so, or the existence of certain political and/or security conditions, like Curfew, War etc. in the Service destination/s, 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation is not obliged to provide and/or complete booked Services and provision of Services shall be made according to possibilities within the Rules & Regulations.
J.2. Services provided (Fully / Partially) during Force Majeure conditions (F.1.), an invoice shall be raised to the Client according to provided Services only.
K. Illegal / Criminal Activities during the Service:
K.1. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation ensures the abiding of Laws and Regulations of Service Destinations and holds no responsibility if the Client has any involvement in any illegal activity. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation and/or the Chauffeur hold the right to stop the Services immediately and/or inform the Service destination’s Law Enforcement Authorities and can take necessary legal actions against the Client for misuse of the Service/s.
L. Client’s Behavior and/or damage of Property:
L.1. In case the Client misbehaves with any of the Team members and/or the Chauffeur associated with 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation, our Management holds full rights to terminate the (Ongoing and/or future) Service/s immediately and/or take necessary internal sanctions against the Client which may lead and/or include Legal actions, as per the Service destination’s Law.
L.2. In case the Client refuses to settle the invoice and/or part of the invoice raised against the Services provided and/or raised against the Late cancellation, Late Amendment, Cost of any sort of Damage caused by the Client and/or No-show of the Client to the booked Service/s, 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Management Hold full rights to Terminate the Service immediately and/or take necessary internal sanctions against the Client which may lead and/or include Legal actions, as per the Service destination’s Law.
L.3. In case of any accidental, intentional, or unintentional Spillage, Vomit, or Self-inflicted illness causes the Uncleanliness to the Vehicle or if any Direct / Indirect Damage is caused to the vehicle’s Interior or Exterior by the Client, the Client will be held fully responsible to cover the cost of damage and will be charged by 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation. The minimum Cost will be 500 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams). Dispute over disagreement can lead to necessary sanctions taken internally against the Client which may lead to and/or include Legal actions, as per the Service destination’s Law.
L.4. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation and/or the Chauffeur hold all the rights to refuse the Service to the Client who is thought to be under the influence of Alcohol and/or drugs and/or whose behavior imposes a threat to the Chauffeur, Vehicle and to other passenger/s. If necessary, Chauffeur can inform the Local Law Enforcement Authorities to seek assistance. Refused Service/s by Chauffeur will be fully charged to the Client as per actual Booking and oblige the Client to settle the charges.
L.5. It is strictly prohibited to smoke tobacco or consume Alcohol and/or drugs within the vehicle. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation and/or the Chauffeur has full rights to refuse the Service/s (fully / partially) to such Client and/or if necessary, the Chauffeur can inform the Local Law enforcement Authorities to seek assistance. Furthermore, in case of any illegal drug consumption within the Vehicle, 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation can take legal actions against the Client as per Service Destination’s Law. The charge of non-compliance with the No-smoking Policy is a Minimum of 500AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
L.6. Videography & Photography Policy: Any sort of Photography and/or Videography of the Chauffeur and/or the Vehicle (interior or exterior) for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Posting and/or sharing prohibited Pictures and/or Videos (As stated at the beginning of this Article) directly and/or indirectly for whatever purposes on any Social Media Platform without approval is also prohibited. Such an act requires pre-approval from the team of 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation through an official channel (M.1).
L.7. Reputation Damage / Act of Defamation Policy: Any Social media posts and/or verbal and/or written communication against the Services of 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation causes direct/indirect damage to our reputation or causes defamation, is prohibited, and/or shall be treated as a termination of ongoing and/or future Services by 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation. Such an act by the Client can lead to necessary sanctions taken internally against the Client which may lead to and/or include Legal actions, as per the Service destination’s Law.
M. Reservation and/or Booking Confirmation of Service:
M.1. All Booking inquiries, quotations, and confirmation of booking shall be communicated through 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation official channels below;

M.2. It is suggested/advised that bookings are made at least 24 hours before the Service date for us to ensure the Quality & availability of Services.
M.3. All Ongoing and/or future Bookings from the Client must go through 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation official channels (M.1). It is strictly prohibited for the Client to reach the Chauffeur and/or 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation’s sub-contractor/s directly and/or indirectly for what so ever purposes.
M.4. It is Prohibited for the Client to directly communicate with the Chauffeur in case Extra Service, Rates, and/or amendment in Booked Services is/if required. The client is obliged to communicate to the 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation team through an official communication channel (M.1.) in regards to Extra Services, Rates, and/or amendments in the booking is/if required.
M.5. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation holds all the rights to provide Subcontracted vehicles in any of the Service destinations to serve the Client.
M.6. The Client is advised to share their feedback and/or complaints at below email address; mytrip@365days-transport.com
N. Invoicing & Billing:
N.1. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation holds the right to ask the Client to settle the Payments (fully / Partially) of the booked Service/s in advance.
N.2. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation may issue the Final Invoice of the Service before the Service date or once the Service/s is completed.
N.3. In case if Client has any objection over the raised invoice, shall be informed to 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation through an official communication channel (M.1) within 5 days, starting from the invoice issue date. Any disagreements, if raised by the Client over invoice/s shall not be entertained after 5 days of the Invoice issue date.
O. Settlement of Payments:
O.1. Payments are collected in the currency of United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), as Our Official Bank account is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
O.2. Payments by Client can only be collected in Cash, only if authorized/approved by 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Operation’s Team or Management through an official means of communication (M.1).
O.3. Payments can be settled by the Client through a Debit / Credit Card (Master, VISA, or AMEX) through an Online payment link shared by 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Official Communications Channel (M.1).
3% Service charges apply on the Total Invoice Amount if the Client chooses to settle the Payments through an Online Payment Link. This 3% Service charge covers the charges applied by the Bank against the Online Payments Facility.
O.4. Payments can be settled through Bank Transfer on Our Official Bank Account. Bank details are mentioned below:

It is hereby understood that all the Policies, Service terms & conditions enclosed within this document are clear and accepted by the Client if the Service(s) has been requested, booked & confirmed by the Client. In case of disagreement to any Article or part of the Article enclosed within this document by the Client, must be discussed with 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Transportation Management through an official means of communication (M.1) before proceeding to book any Service/s.
