STATEMENT:
1. Zain Raja Corporate Services Providers is Commercially known as and referred in this contract as 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Events.
2. Service Terms & Conditions below are obligatory and it is considered that Client agree to below Terms & Conditions once services are requested by client. In case of any disagreement on below Terms, Client must inform 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Events in advance.
3. This document and its contents are Property of 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events and shall Not be copied for any direct or indirect purposes.
4. 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Event Management reserves all rights to change stated Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
5. This Document does not serve as confirmation or billing invoice for any service.
6. 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Hold right to utilize the Client’s information for Marketing Purposes.
SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- RATES:
A.1. Our Rates are subject to change to lower or higher, depending on season & availability.
A.2. 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Events holds all right to change the rates if/when necessary without any prior notice.
- Airport Transfer Services, Terms & conditions:
B.1. Once passenger has collected the baggage upon arrival, chauffeur will be waiting at arrival terminal exit.
B.2. It is passenger’s responsibility to find their Chauffeur. If passenger cannot allocate their chauffeur, they must inform Booking authorities for assistance immediately before making any alternative arrangements. In case of failure to do so, No-Show charges apply as 100% charges of services.
B.3. Airport Pick-Up waiting time for passenger at the Airport is 45 minutes after the flight has landed or after the advised Pick-Up time, If waiting time exceeds than 45 minutes, waiting charges apply as per policy.
B.4. Airport Drop Off waiting time at advised pick-up location of passenger is 20 minutes once Chauffeur is at Pick-Up Location, if waiting time exceeds then 20 minutes, waiting charges apply as per policy.
- Hourly Chauffeur Driven Services Terms & Conditions:
C.1. Full day Chauffeur driven services are based on continuous disposal of Services for up to 8, 10 or 12 Hours.
C.2. If consumption of disposed service/s is less than actual booking, charges apply as per the actual booking.
C.3. If consumption of disposed services/s is more than actual booking, extra service charges apply.
C.4. Extra hour charges do not require passenger’s approval. Charges apply as per consumption confirmed from the Chauffeur to 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Events operations team.
- STANDBY Policy:
D.1. If time difference between 2 trips is less than 5 hours, disposed services charges continue to apply and vehicles are counted as at service of passenger/s.
- Amendment, Cancellation & No-Show Policies:
E.1. Amendment of Booking (Less than actual booking) or Cancellation of service/s by client 48 hours prior the Service date will not subject to any extra charges, however this policy may change depend upon season & availability.
E.2. Amendment of Booking (Less than actual booking) or Cancellation of service/s by client within 48 hours of Services starting date will subject to Late Amendment or Late Cancellation charges, as 100% service charges of actual booking.
E.3. No-Show of Passenger to service date & time will subject to 100% charges of Booked Services.
- Force Majeure or Impossibility of Execution of Services, Conditions:
F.1. In event of Force Majeure that prevents the execution of services, such as Flood, Heavy Rain, Earthquakes, Volcanoes, hurricanes and/or so on or the existence of certain security conditions, like Curfew, War etc. in the service destination/s, 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Events is not obliged to provide complete or part of booked services and provision of services shall be made according to possibilities within the Rules & Regulations.
F.2. In case if part of services has been provided during above conditions, invoice shall be raised according to provided services only.
- Illegal Activity Conditions:
G.1. 365 DAYS | Chauffeurs & Events, ensure the abiding of Laws and Regulations of Service Destinations. We hold no responsibility if Client has any involvement in any of illegal activity. We hold the right to stop the services immediately and may take necessary legal actions against the Client.

H.3. It is advised that bookings are made at least 24 hours prior the service date in order to assure the Quality & the availability of services.
- Billing & Payments method:
I.1. Pre-forma invoice or Final invoice shall raise from the 365 DAYS | Chauffeur & Events.
I.2. In case if client has any objection over raised invoices, shall be announced by client through official Email within 05 days, starting from the invoice issue date. Any disagreements by client over invoice/s shall not entertained after days of its issue date.
I.3. 365 DAYS | Chauffeur & Events. Hold rights to ask for settlement of all payments in advance.
I.4. Payments can be settled in Cash, only if agreed by 365 DAYS | Chauffeur & Events Management.
I.5. Payments can be settled through Online Secure Payment link using Debit or Credit Card. (For UAE Only: 3% of total invoice amount will be charged as service fee if Online Secure Link is requested for payments settlement).
I.6. Payments can be settled through Bank Transfer on Company’s Official Bank Account as Bank details are mentioned below.

It is hereby understood that all terms & conditions are clear and accepted by client, if the service has been requested. In case of disagreement to any Article or part of Article, client must discuss it with 365 DAYS Chauffeurs & Events Management before proceeding to book any service/s.
